1. Introduction

Welcome to Pristine Cleaning 4U. By using our residential and commercial cleaning services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our services, so please read them carefully.

2. Services

Pristine Cleaning 4U offers cleaning services for residential and commercial properties in Milton Keynes and the surrounding areas. Our services include but are not limited to:

  • Regular house cleaning
  • Deep cleaning
  • End of tenancy cleaning
  • Office cleaning
  • Carpet and upholstery cleaning
  • Window cleaning

3. Booking and Confirmation

3.1 Booking

  • All services must be booked in advance through our website, via phone, or by email.
  • Bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by Pristine Cleaning 4U.

3.2 Confirmation

  • Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email detailing the date, time, and nature of the services to be provided.

4. Pricing and Payment

4.1 Pricing

  • Prices for our services are provided at the time of booking and may vary based on the nature and extent of the cleaning required.
  • We reserve the right to adjust our prices at any time. Any changes will not affect confirmed bookings unless mutually agreed upon.

4.2 Payment

  • Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed.
  • We accept payment by cash, bank transfer, or credit/debit card.
  • For regular cleaning contracts, payment terms will be specified in the contract agreement.

5. Cancellations and Rescheduling

5.1 Cancellation by Client

  • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the service charge.
  • No-shows or cancellations made on the day of the service will incur a fee equivalent to 100% of the service charge.

5.2 Cancellation by Pristine Cleaning 4U

  • We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule services due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will notify you as soon as possible and arrange an alternative appointment.

6. Client Responsibilities

  • Clients are expected to provide a safe and secure working environment for our cleaning staff.
  • Clients must inform Pristine Cleaning 4U of any specific cleaning requirements or potential hazards prior to the service.
  • Valuables should be securely stored, as Pristine Cleaning 4U is not responsible for loss or damage to items that are not reasonably foreseeable.

7. Liability

7.1 Damage

  • Pristine Cleaning 4U will take all reasonable precautions to avoid damage to your property. In the event of accidental damage, we will repair or replace the damaged item up to a maximum value of £500.
  • We are not responsible for pre-existing damage or wear and tear.

7.2 Insurance

  • Pristine Cleaning 4U is fully insured for public liability and employee accidents.

8. Complaints and Dispute Resolution

8.1 Complaints

  • If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of our service, please contact us within 24 hours of the service completion. We will endeavor to resolve any issues promptly and to your satisfaction.

8.2 Dispute Resolution

  • Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms will be resolved through negotiation in good faith. If a resolution cannot be reached, the dispute may be referred to mediation or arbitration in accordance with UK law.

9. Privacy and Data Protection

  • Pristine Cleaning 4U is committed to protecting your privacy. We will handle your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws.

10. Changes to Terms

  • We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website and will take effect immediately upon posting.

11. Governing Law

  • These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
